This research project is dedicated to satisfying the informational need about the topic of Dominican citizenship and the existing problems with the ruling TC/0168/13. The judgment was passed and issued by the Tribunal Constitucional (TC) de la República Dominicana (Constitutional Court of Dominican Republic) on September 23, 2013. The creation of a digital repository makes it possible for providing open access research of the ongoing issue affecting Dominicans of foreign descent, particularly those of Haitian descent.
